Design & Construct
The business undertakes design-and-build projects to minimise risk for clients and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase.
With this single point of responsibility, which carries clear contractual remedies for the client, we carry the responsibility for all the work on the project regardless of the nature of the risk.
Civil Works
The business undertakes a broad range of civil and earth works with experience gained in projects such as Gautrain, Glencore’s Tweefontain Optimisation Project (TOP) and Gootegaluk Mine Expansion Project (GMEP). The range of activities we have been involved in includes roads, bridges, culverts, storm water channels and a variety of other bulk works.
Building & Housing
We have undertaken a number of building and housing projects, varying in size and complexity. Our team has experience across all phases of development, i.e. bulk services as well as construction of top structures, for both individual house building and large township development initiatives.
It is a privilege we cherish that we have undertaken some of these projects on a turnkey basis, an advantage that places us ahead of the curve in an industry that is saturating by the day.
Alterations, Renovations & Maintenance
The business also undertakes minor construction works, which include but are not limited to, changes in facility configuration, restoration, upgrades and general upkeep of existing facilities.
Our personnel are competent and certificated in most building trades including bricklaying, plastering, paving, painting, roofing, tiling and plumbing.
