Moleleki holds a B-Tech degree in Construction Management and is currently pursuing a postgraduate Masters qualification in the same field. He is registered (Pr CPM) with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professional (SACPCMP).
Having worked in various industries for more than a decade, Moleleki is experienced in project management, contracts management, procurement management and business management, all amassed working for clients and consulting companies in mining, public and private sector. He has successfully led and delivered a number of multidisciplinary construction projects in excess of R1billion in capex.
Moleleki has experience in construction management, contract management and project management, which entail risk management, budget and costing management, design and planning management, procurement and awarding of contracts, forecasting and general implementation of infrastructure projects in the built engineering environment. As a Project Manager, he has been responsible for infrastructure conceptualization, planning, design, implementation, commissioning and handover for multi-million Rand projects.
Throughout his professional career, Moleleki has developed a solid reputation for successfully and profitably managing numerous concurrent projects throughout all project value stages, from conception to commissioning within time, cost and quality parameters. Sustaining a high safety standard, ensuring adherence to quality procedures and minimising corporate cost and liability have become a hallmark of Moleleki’s professional career.
