Leveraging internal expertise and a multidisciplinary network of professionals, the Division applies best practices in project and programme management, employing best available technologies to deliver successful projects in a variety of contractual arrangements.
Project Management
As its core business, the Division offers construction project management services as defined by the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professional (SACPCMP). We apply thought and care in assembling the best project teams, placing an emphasis on how they can integrate and perform well.
Programme Management
Some projects are conceptualised and commissioned against a backdrop of an even larger programme or initiative. Whilst we are able to zone in on the objectives and parameters of a given project, we are able to zone out and connect a project to its bigger context or manage the entire programme itself.
EPCM
We coordinate all design, procurement and construction work and ensure that the whole project is completed as required, taking care of all variables critical to delivering a successful project, i.e. time, cost, quality, procurement, scope, people, communication, risk, integration and stakeholder management.
Contract Management
In managing project contracts, we consider a number of factors and apply a comprehensive approach to assess project risks and opportunities. On the bases thereof, we advise on and implement contractual arrangements that prioritise project efficiencies and economics.
Turnkey
As with all our integrated services, where the idea is to relieve clients of complexities and constraints associated with running a successful project, we are well equipped to offer a complete turnkey solution. This is specially enabled by the multidisciplinary composition of our Group.
